，到银行做公证。3月，我自己的材料、ECFMG、FSMB和国内学校的文件陆陆续续寄到
MBC (Medical Board of California)，噩梦开始酝酿。
国内学校非常给力，给了我去年通过认证的L5 form模板。依样画葫，稍稍改了改时间
，就让学校用FedEx寄出了。4月，the first analyst通知我，neurology和psychology
不能写在一起，得各有明确的实习时间。照办，第二次FedEx寄出。5月，the first
analyst通知我要一个detailed explanation of Diagnostic course。不明就里，多次
发email询问无果后，致电MBC，被告知这个analyst在6月退休了。7月，接手的the
second analyst坚持要这个文件。只得就范，满头雾水中，翻出箱底的诊断书，拟了个
文件，让学校第三次FedEx寄出。9月，the third analyst通知我，这个文件不是MBC要
的，实际意图是clinical elective少了2.5wks。心下愤懑，却也无奈。此时，国内学
校已经对我颇有怨言。和学校耐心地踢着皮球，终于在11月整出一个新的L5 form，补
上那些时间，第四次FedEx到MBC。12月，the fourth analyst来email，再次要求a
detailed explanation of Diagnostic course from your medical school。心下大怒
，双目喷火，十指紧握，2013就是如此不顺吗？屋漏偏逢连夜雨，船迟又遇打头风。用
我的模板、申请比我晚的朋友，已经拿到PTAL了。强按怒气，给MBC发了以下这封email，
Dear Margene,
I might not be among the luckiest applicants, but let me explain what has
happened to me from the past 9 months. My first analyst is Sherry Prysock,
back in March. In May, she sent me an email said "A certified letter from
your medical school providing a detailed explanation describing the 5- week
“diagnostic” clinical clerkship rotation completed xx/xx/xxxx through xx/
xx/xxxx at The xxx Hospital of xxx University." I sent her a couple of
emails to figure out what exactly "detailed explanation" is, but
never got anything back from her. Finally I called in early July, and found
out she has retired. Then Erica Leon took over and insisted me to get a "
detailed explanation" of Diagnostic class. When I finally got a letter from
my med school to MBC, Nicole Fang, the third analyst on my case, said the "
detailed explanation" is not what she wanted. She wrote in the email, "The
Board is in receipt of the clarification of your Diagnostics rotation from
your medical school. We cannot use this rotation. Based on our review of
the Certificate of Clinical Clerkships, Form L5, completed by your medical
school, it appears you are deficient 2.5 weeks in Electives." She said the "
deficient 2.5 weeks in Electives" is the reason for a "detailed explanation"
of Diagnostic class, but any clinical rotation that can make up 2.5 weeks
will serve the purpose. Thus, a few weeks ago, my med school sent you a new
L5 form for the additional electives.
Then, I got the following email yesterday, from Erica Leon again, and seems
get back to where I was half a year ago, asking for a "detailed explanation"
of Diagnostic class. Now, dear Margene, you are the fourth analyst in
charge of my case.
Please, I understand you are busy, and probably undergo some personnel
transition, but please take a careful look at my case. As an applicant, I
have been very confused by your ever changing directions. Do you think it is
possible I have met your criteria, but things fell through the cracks, and
just a careful recheck will solve the problem?

后来的事：1天后收到道歉的email，3天后收到PTAL批准的email和PTAL扫描件。
