躺了2年。现在全身溃烂。去省会城市大医院看，说是血管堵塞了，血栓，血液不流通
了，引起全身溃烂，现在腿已经烂到膝盖了。现在几个医院都不接受治疗，只好呆在家
里。我们家人看他每天都在烂而且很痛。 他这样是等着溃烂到死的，心不忍，但不知
道有什么办法可以帮助他么？难道就这么慢慢烂死么？一个大活人啊。
好心的人有什么建议么？ |

发帖数: 3211 | 2 venous thrombosis 引起的open wound，有可能不管是静脉，还有动脉的问题，医院为
什么不接受治疗？！简单的做个venogram或者arterogram看哪里堵色，静脉问题该用溶
血药就吃药，动脉栓塞该搭桥搭桥，肯花钱为什么医院不收？！不解决血流问题，溃烂
不能解决。你帮他们大城市就医吧，小地方医疗有限，我家远方亲戚也是来北京找我妈
带他们看病，还得去北京那几个专科权威的

发帖数: 467 | 3 It seems like complications of chronic DVT(deep venous thrombus) from
immbolization.
First, get U/S to have a general idea of the extent of thrombus.
The most fearful complication is PE where patient dieS quickly. IVC filter
will be needed if he does not repond to heparin(Probably not since it seems
more chronic to me). |

发帖数: 9638 | 4 不是很懂，但我怎么觉得现在首当其冲的是要控制感染啊，手术比方说清创甚至截肢加
上抗感染才是救命的关键。血栓需要抗凝，但感染必须控制。

发帖数: 467 | 6 I do not know the extent of 全身溃烂. It is hard to imagine there is no
intact skin for a probe esp above the knee. A++ is right. Infection control
is the most important. To rule out osteomyelitis is most important. If there
is chronic osteo, amputation is possible. MR/Bone scan is needed see the
extent of osteo. If there is necrotizing fascitis, amputation is required.
Infection and treatment of DVT and prophylaxis of PE are paramount. Other
things to consider if the pt has DM, Beurger's disease or extensive
athersclerosis... |
