发帖数: 284 | 1 我刚考完CS，分数还没有出来呢，我在这个CS考试中得到这位好友加前辈的指导，并且
考前考后她都一直鼓励支持我， 她这两天刚出分，我请她给大家写了一篇考经，希望
对正在CS中挣扎或者准备要考CS的同学有一些帮助； 另外她的这些tutor的联系方式，
在今年早期或者甚至去年的考经或者帖子中已经提到过，所以大家如果感兴趣请自行查
前面的贴子。
PS：希望我CS也能过：）
CS考试准备过程
以下内容纯属个人经验，不代表任何利益团体。
历时两个月的等待，2017年6月28日拿到了CS成绩单，安全通过。
考生基本情况：CMG, YOG>10年，全职考试，英语基础口音重/语法错误多/听力不好，
沟通技巧一般，轻度社交焦虑，脱离临床工作7年，已通过Step1/2CK。
使用的主要准备材料包括：FA第5版，Uworld题库，kaplan笔记
参加的辅导班：GoldUSMLE
私人教练：4个，分别是雅思口语考官背景的英语口语教练，PhysicianAssistant背景
的问诊教练，IMG背景的医生教练，演员背景的SP教练。
期间参加过实习，但对英语口语的提高帮助有限。
准备过程基本分为三个阶段：
（一）口语教练练习口语听力，总课时15个小时，Face to face, 教练扮演SP和我过了
第一遍FA。
（二）
1）日间在私人诊所实习，练习英语基本交流，诊所医师会间中抽空扮演SP和我过FA，
但机会很有限。
2）夜晚在SKYPE上和PA背景的问诊教练上课，总课时6小时，学习各种问诊的思路/技巧
/句式，所用材料为教练口述，同时开始练习书写病历。
3）实习结束参加了GoldUSMLE的WORKSHOP，总课时3天（上课加练习13小时*2天+模考1
天）课程安排非常intense，从早间9点直落夜里11点中途仅一次午饭时间（想必是很好
的residency作息训练），课程资料多数靠手写记笔记，严格禁止各种电子形式的记录
，故而能收获多少基本靠个人的接收能力和手写耐力，体检依靠主讲医师的演示和学员
间互相练习，模考的SP由真实患者扮演，优点是贴近真实，缺点是SP的评判标准很随意
，最后模考结果的可信度也很可疑。
（三）在家里全职练习
1）固定的Skype练习伙伴1个，共同讨论疑难病例和分享资源，每天2-3小时；另外常常
在微信群里认识新的伙伴，大概前后有6-7个人，每个人基本练过2-4次，每次1小时；
在多数伙伴临考前组织Rehearsal和考后小组回顾。
2）和邻居的Native speaker约了每天20-30分钟散步聊天锻炼口语
3）每周在实验室做志愿者一天，和1位同实验室的AMG在实验间隙face to face练习FA
case，彼时他已通过考试，全程出于友善帮助我；另有一位英语很棒的巴西美女医生，
出于友善也扮演病人和我练习Uworld case。
4）和IMG背景的医生教练在SKYPE上练习问诊和鉴别诊断，总课时40余小时，期间这位
医生十分友善的提供了PS和ROL的撰写修改/实习建议/考前心理辅导等等各方面支持，
同时在鉴别诊断/沟通技巧/心理建设上给予了很大帮助。
5）和演员背景的SP教练polish口语，总课时5个小时，主要纠正了不自然的问诊方式，
并且重新编排了问诊的逻辑组，以求问诊思路上呈现清晰的逻辑线。
考试
考场：LA。周边环境配套设施成熟完备，考场内部环境优雅舒适。
SP：友善无口音，组成：大部分为高加索白人/极个别的亚裔和非裔。
考程：除却第一个case有些许紧张导致打字比较慢之外，每个case均提前结束按时完成
病历书写。
考后完全没有PTSD，但是因为忽然离开了朝夕相处的学习伙伴们，感觉到Seperation
Axiety:)所幸各位伙伴均安全通过，在此一并祝福大家都能安全通过CS，在Match路上

The 1st tutor (Spoken English tutor )belongs to i2 international institute
of education in China, they only accept face-to-face tutoring, you can not
contact him personally. But I think you can still find some English tutors
on some websites like the italki, which is cheaper and more flexible.
The 2nd tutor (PA tutor) is Arthur. He quit his tutoring in Mar 2017 for no
reason. As I know, no one has seen him or contacted with him after that.
The 3rd tutor (physician) authorized his information to be released here is
his Skype ID(a.m.dharani) and his email ([email protected]). You can
contact him and ask his availability.
The 4th tutor is Marisa. You should contact her by email:[email protected]
gmail.com, or she won't add you by Skype.
