们医生的角度对NP的评价或看法。毕业在即，不知路在何方。班上55% 老白，40% 老黑
， 4% 老墨，零星几个老印，老中就我一个。绝大多数都有多年临床护士经验。一老白
nurse manager 30+ yrs， 象她这样fresh nurse practitioner 工资 还没有nurse
manager 高呢！答曰："it's my personal goal".

's average salary is slightly higher than NP: surgeons tend to earn
more; in medical field, the specialists prefer NP because of their knowledge
in certain field obtained from years of bedside experience. I know two PAs
in my hospital. They really don't necessarily know more than me.
