coverage描述的问题想请教一下(这个contract基本上是比较标准的，其他方面没啥问题，
所以没打算请律师)。
先提一下，这是一个某个community health center的工作，这里工作的医生的
malpractice insurance是由Federal Government提供的（under the Federal Tort
Claims Act (FTCA)）。
原文是这样的：This coverage extends to Physician's employment with XXX and
covers those services provided under the scope of activities covered by
Section 330 (Community Health Centers) of the Public Health Service Act.这里
说的差不多是occurance-based的意思吧。有经验的前辈能帮我确认一下吗？ |

service act. The most important is the tail insurance coverage. There is
difference between different states. Most of them are kind of standard,
cover 3- 5 years. Most of the practices have standard malpractice coverage,
esp it is provided by federal government. My suggestion, do not waste money
for the lawyer. |
