经济合作与发展组织(OECD，Organization for Economic Co-operation and
Development)日前对34个国家的人均寿命进行分析后发现，人均健康开销越高，寿命越
长。但这不适用于人均寿命78.7岁的美国。
报告中，美国2011年在人均健康上的8500元开支远高于其他国家，是OECD的3322元
平均水平的2.5倍，比另两个健康开支大户挪 威和瑞士多5%。但其人均寿命却没有因此
问鼎第一。美国2011年的平均寿命为78.7岁，自1970年后延长近8年，但比OECD平均水
平的80.1岁 少了一年多。
同时，美国平均寿命与其他寿命领先国家的差距也在拉大。34个国家中，寿命最长
的是瑞士的82.8年，紧接著是日本、意大利和西班牙的 82.7年。2011年美国男性的平
均寿命比瑞士男性少4.2年，这一差距在1970年不足3年；2011年美国女性的寿命则比日
本女性短4.8年，二者 在1970年时持平。 |
