The patient has difficulty to raise the arm above the shoulder. Consequently
he could not comb the hair. He was found to have axillary nerve injury with
deltoid weakness.
Any explanation for the presentation in the pic?

cuff tear，EMG证明是deltoid的问题，所以反过来看这个照片，觉得不好解释，
shoulder elevation应该与deltoid无关，但这个图似乎说明deltoid是shoulder
elevation muscles的antagonist。骨科的来说一下？

myopathy？

presentation. it will be helpful if you could post another picture to show
that the affected side arm cannot be elevated above the head.
it could be due to axillary nerve injury or due to C-5 nerve root
impingement.

just don't understand this pic.

剧《步步惊心》里的若曦就把四爷的右臂压伤了，可惜那时候没EMG/NCV |

要是太太压的话，太太的头得枕着老公的脖子睡，lol
