yes, just go across the boarder into Mexico. You can buy every drug without
prescription. you'd better read some clinical guidelines before you determine
which antibiotics to buy for your wife's sore throat.
In general, you need culture the bateria from her throat, and do sensitivity
test with different antibiotics to see which one works. If you use the wrong
drug, she would might develop antibiotics resistence and would never be
treated again for future bacteria.
