that he responds positively to, there are cow's milk (highly intolerant) and
egg (highly intolerant). We are designing his diet patterns, but we are
having a hard time figuring it out.
In his report, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and milk are listed separately.
He is only positive on milk and swiss cheese, but not cheddar cheese. What
is the difference between these different kinds of cheese and the milk?

I'm not a dietitian but a biochemist.
Milk intolerance is very, very common among Chinese people. I'm a typical
one. Ordinary fresh milk contains lactose, and most Chinese people don't
have the enzyme called lactase to break down lactose. We'll have flatulence
or diarrhea after drinking large amount of fresh milk. If milk is fermented
to make cheese, some of the lactose will be broken down by bacterial enzymes

For the wheat-intolerance problem, I don't think your son has developed the
celiac problem. High quality soy sauces are fully fermented and should be
low in gluten.

read a lot because of my son's condition. He has autism which causes all
the problems with his gut. This kind of food intolerance is actually not
rare among autistic children. High cholestrol is also commonly seen in kids
with autism. We've already been on gluten-free casein-free diet for a
while. But we haven't eliminated trace amount of wheat in cooking sauce.

Autism seems to be a behavior problem. How can it be related to digestive
disorders? Maybe I'm just too naive.
Yeast infections on the outside can be successfully treated with special
shampoos. But yeast infections on the inside can't.
Please forgive me if I sound too harsh: your son is in deep trouble.
