国内也吃了不少药，可是不怎么见效。

and pretty much all drugs available here can be bought in china.
let them talk to doctors there and see what other medications
they can try. |

there's many classes of antihypertensive drugs, beta blockers, ACE
inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, diuretics, etc...
choosing the right drug will depend on the specific patient
maybe you can buy some over-the-counter fish oil, and maybe Q10 supplement (
which some ppl think is good for the heart).
