I have had right upper abdomen pain for a couple of years. The Doctor
ordered a Spiral CAT SCAN (including lung, abdomen, and pelvis) for me. I
had the spiral CT (with oral and IV contrast ) done yesterday.
I start feeling panic after reading a lot of information about radiation
from CT especially spiral CT. Sounds like having a CT at multiple parts at
the same time will increase the chance of getting cancer by 7-8%.
Is this really true? How bad the radiation I g | h*****e
