从10/22开始使用用波依定控制血压（之前用真菊降压片），一日后加倍他乐克（美托
洛尔）控制心律。最近开始记录血压情况。早晚血压心律都比较高。不知道是继续用波
依定和倍他乐克，还是换其他药物。请大家不吝赐教。谢谢！

first of all his blood pressure is better than what i used to see, and is
actually better than my own blood pressure,
assume that 波依定 is plendil which is a calcium channel blocker, and 贝它乐
克 is metoprolol which is a beta blocker,
you did not provide the dosage on either of those medications so it's really
difficult to say, as you can always go up on the dose till you meet the
desired effects or you reach your ceiling on the dosage, plus metoprolol is
often dosed twice a day or even 3 times a da

plendil comes in 2.5, 5, and 10 mg
metoprolol(or lopressor) comes with 25, 50, or 100mg, and the tablets might
be scored and you can cut it to smaller doses, like 12.5mg,
but extended release form of metoprolo, or the toprol xl, comes in 25 and 50
and 100mgs,
