，一直在吃药。另外我妈还有高血压，平时也会时不时觉得闷气和心脏不舒服。她以前
做过国内的一两个小时的飞机没有什么问题。我想请她和我爸一起来美国旅游，尽尽孝
心。不过很担心长途飞行会不会加重她的病情。请问这里有没有人父母有类似心脏问题
，做过长途越洋飞机的？同时真心请教各位懂行的人，像我妈这样的情况能不能做这样
的大飞机。

depends on what medication is she taking and how often she has angina like
symptoms,
normally flying even transcontinental flight should not be that much of
stress to the heart, you probably should worry more about what if she
developed anything serious AFTER she arrived to the states,

她好像偶尔会有一些心绞痛，很少。主要是会觉得胸闷。
请问给探亲父母买什么样的保险比较好？

胸闷 could still very well be angina, chest pain does not necessarily have
to be "pain", could be feeling of pressure, heaviness, and such, especially
in female patients the presentation is often atypical,
not sure what insurance, commercial insurance is often expensive and won't
cover pre-existing condition,
