if he wants.
Among the non-prescription stuff are melatonin for sleep and St. John's Wort
for mild depression. For anything stronger (e.g. tricyclic or SSRI
antidepressant) he would have to see a doctor.

primarily Diphenhydramine based. Prescription meds are usually more
effective, but also more addictive. Sleeping pills are not recommended for
long term use, despite what you may hear from advertisement. I think
Lunesta is now proved for use up to 3 month. |
