主动脉内窗可见纵隔内肿大淋巴结，直位约1cm。增强后明显强化。

Not exactly sure what studies were performed. Based on the wording of the
report, I guess it is a summary from thoracic CT (with iv contrast?), PET
and Ultrasound studies
Enlarged mediastinal lymph node identified posterior to the vena cava (
superior?) and anterior to the carina.
A 1 cm mediastinal lymph node visible through the aortic window, significant
