孢，还挂水5天。根据宝宝长奶癣（美国的PED说是baby acne)，揉眼睛鼻子和咳嗽/喘
等症状，多名专家都说是过敏性体质，让服用Singulair 和 Zyrtec。
气管扩张剂已经用了一个月了，Singulair也用了20天了，宝宝还是咳嗽。停药两天咳
得更厉害。医生于是说不能停药要继续吃药，让服用Singulair 和 Zyrtec 3-6个月，
说有预防作用。不建议做过敏源测试。
我朋友5岁的孩子也得了急性喉炎， 美国医生只给了阿莫西林。
是不是国内用药太厉害了？我们该怎么办？ |

If so, I don't think cephalosporin is right, unless there is fever and
leukocytosis. most likyly it is caused by RSV, antibiotics won't work well.
Singulair is used for prevention
Zyrtec is for treatment.
steroid is reserved by severe case.
5 years old child you mentioned should have epiglottitis or croup, treatment
is different. |

while as I said, it is used for prevention,
so most of physician will not stop it until the disease is cured. |
