invasive procedures are possible. Has the doctor ruled those out? See e.g.

The effect of adenomyosis on fertility is uncertain (usually the more severe
cases are harder). She might as well give pregnancy a try now - waiting
till she's nearly 40 will make conception pretty difficult, with or without
adenomyosis.

short phone call so I need to know more details. She's been trying to get
pregnant for a few months without any luck.
