evidence that it is helpful for osteoporosis (骨质疏松)
The most important step is to get a bone density scan (aka DEXA scan). It
gives you the score of your bone density. This score predicts the risk of
future fracture, most commonly hip and vertebral fracture.
The treatment is dependent on the score. Vitamin D / Calcium supplement (
you can buy at CVS), weight bearing exercise and some sensible sun exposure
are the best thing one can do to promote bone health. If the bone density
is within osteoporosis range, doctor will prescribe medicine to lower risk
of fracture, most likely one of the bisphosphonates. | L*1

contain these elements and should be fine, as long as you do not go to the
extremely cheap ones (difficult to absorb). I prefer Dyna-Cal.
Also you may consider Strontium, which helps with bone formation. See

准备下月回国给外婆带的，她已经90岁了，骨质疏松很严重，经常会背疼腰疼都不能下
