高烧在用药后1天缓解，2天后完全退烧。
嗓子疼也在3天后基本消失。

发帖数: 16 | 3 没有这边医生的处方，自己吃的国内带来的药。美国医生的处方是阿齐霉素，3天，药
效在体内持续10天。她开药的时候，已经口服国内的头孢拉定4次了，发烧也基本控制
了，所以就一直吃头孢了。
想知道应该吃几天。

In response to your 牢骚, what the doctor said may not be unreasonable.
1) I am not saying you did not get strep throat, but by in large, most
severe sore throat is still viral, not by strep. 化脓的白斑 can be seen in
viral infection as well. Only test can confirm strep infection.
2) Assuming you did get strep throat, the biggest concern is not the fever
and sore throat itself, but the complications associated with it, ie
rheumatic fever, kidney disease etc. Starting antibiotics early reduces the
transmission to other people, but may not help you per se, because your
body may not react with as strong immune response as you wait a little
longer.
