现在病理检查结果是
Xp11.2 translocation-associated renal cell carcinoma.
上周进行手术，医生说肿瘤和很多器官(胰腺，十二指肠)以及三大血管相连，手术难度
太大不得不中止.
现在急寻这方面的专家. 如果有人碰巧有相关信息，烦请告知！

resection.
if surgery is not possible, then chemotherapy. RCCs typically have abnormal
RTK activation which provides therapeutic targets.

能否推荐一下能做这方面手术的专家么？
这种病去什么地方治比较好呢？

发帖数: 4124 | 4 ask the surgeon whether he can recommend some good urologists who have
special skills in surgical oncology.
you can also directly call the the urology departments of the major cancer
centers (MSK, MD Anderson etc) . they will ask you to send your medical
summary and images in for review. if surgeons there determine they may be
able to offer you a better solution, then they will ask you to come over.
