there is no microscopic description, there are contradictory reference to
the same sample (小肠间质瘤 and 小肠纤维钙化结节). they tried to appear
modern by doing numerous IHC tests, but the markers are poorly selected and
the "pathologist" didn't give any interpretation of the results.
basically, you cannot call these people "doctors."

evidence presented. say the two common markers, what percentage is 部分?
what distribution and percentage is called 灶性? without proper description,
you don't even know whether they saw them on tumor cells or some normal
tissue.
in addition, there is almost no histological grading information. there is a
lot more than 低分化 in grading. what size are the cells? what do the
nuclei look like? what do the cytoplasms look like?

imbalance symptoms? If not, you may want a second opinion on the glass
slides. Targeted therapy works better for adenocarcinoma. How is the CT
scan results? Any distant metastases in liver or lung? |
