要了，就要不上了，所有能做的检查辅助治疗都做了，直至前年被宣判卵巢早衰，医生
说这辈子不可能怀孕了。现在整天及希望于中药上，两年了也没起色，很是可怜。
最近我自己也开始做各种生殖方面检查，感觉好像美国这边的确比国内做的好很多，就
想建议她过来治治试试。
有没有身边朋友在这边治好卵巢早衰的。

发帖数: 267 | 3 多谢您的建议，我看她给我发的检查报告，好像右边卵巢还有卵子。不太清楚怎么就不
能治了。给她带过dhea的可能没什么效果吧。

图中是她当时的检查结果。

the hormone results don't support premature ovarian failure. she still had
sufficiently high estrogen level. the results were either a reduced
steroid suppression at pituitary level or primary hypergonadotropism.
diagnosis of POF requires hypogonadism (low estrogen levels).
i am not trained in gynecological endocrinology. but in neuroendocrinology,
there is a condition fitting this very well: gonadotroph adenoma (a type of
pituitary adenomas) that is secreting. in this condition, FSH and LH are
constantly secreted and there is no surge to trigger ovulation. of course,
there are also other causes of primary hypergonadotropism.
my suggestion:
1. redo the fertility hormone panel. it was done more than 2 years ago. if
it comes back with similar results, then POF was a wrong diagnosis for
certain. at that point, i'd suggest an MRI mainly looking at the pituitary
region.
2. go to see a real gynecological endocrinologist and/or a
neuroendocrinologist. it is not that easy to find a good one in China. don't
be fooled by the name of the hospital or being called as a 专家。

发帖数: 4124 | 8 in a short summary, her fertility hormone panel said it was a pituitary
disease, not an ovarian disease. the most likely would be a gonadotroph
adenoma that is secreting. the size of the adenoma would be, i guess, about
1cm in diameter or even larger, so typically called macroadenoma just
because of the size. she should not delay much in doing the studies i
mentioned since the macroadenoma compresses on normal pituitary gland.
if she had been seen in more than one hospitals, this says this is a
systematic problem in medical training in China, not just one or two
incompetent doctors.

based on what you showed, there had never been evidence she had 卵巢早衰.
rather, plenty of evidence argued against the diagnosis of 卵巢早衰. 卵巢早
衰 is permanent and irreversible: something is dead, and is simply dead.
this does not directly prove it was a pituitary adenoma, but it is
consistent with a pituitary adenoma. Pituitary adenomas are well known to
have spontaneous remission. The one with the highest spontaneous remission
rate is prolactin adenoma with a spontaneous remission rate that can be over
5% per year. it could well be either prolactin (even though it showed a
normal value) or gonadotroph adenoma.
