一小时后症状减轻，睡了一夜以后症状消失。

发帖数: 37 | 9 应该是在某种姿势下会不晕的，BPPV的病说白了是说耳窝里有块小石头堵在了一个地方
，影响了耳朵里的液体流动，对Balance产生影响，一般这时候旁人会看见病人的眼球
也在快速转动中，所以会有剧烈眩晕感。
google 网上，有些医生post了一些头部运动操 for BPPV，通过对头部姿势的调整，让
堵住的石头滚到别的地方去。
中医的理论应该是体虚，寒意入侵，休息一段时间慢慢会好的。
