绍她去看血液和癌症医生。血液和癌症医生也是查他觉得有可能的几种病，昨天排除了
一种情况，后来又做CT，现在在等CT结果，周末医院Radiology估计没人做报告，看来
CT结果可能要到周一才能出。这几天给家庭医生打了无数个电话，强调了无数次发烧已
经两星期这个事实，家庭医生表示无能为力，说如果只是发烧就吃退烧药，只能慢慢查
，慢慢等。一个星期以前已经去过一次ER，在那里查了一些很基本的东西就被
discharge了。发烧温度到不高，但是人极端疲惫，自己坐起来喝水都很费力，退烧药
只能管几个小时，过了后立即烧上来，怎么办啊？我们现在就是想能不能被
Hospitalized，怎么才能让医院接受她呢？急死了！！！ |

thing I can think of is autoimmune disease except infection and cancer.
Again it is very hard to say without know her situation. Being admitted to
hospital may not be useful. Need to listen to your doctor about it. Hospital
is not a clean place.

是这样的：大概去年十月，十一月份的时候开始每次月经来的时候淋巴肿大，月经结束
后淋巴慢慢变小或消失。这个月初又是这样，月经来了，淋巴肿起来，不一样的是这次
还伴随发烧，一烧到现在。发烧的时候觉得冷，吃退烧药才会觉得好。人是极端疲惫，
不过食欲很好。目前医生排除了这几个东西：mononucleosis，lupus。目前做CT是为了
看是不是lymphoma。
值得一提的是四年以前她得过mononucleosis，两三个星期后她觉得好了，回去上班两
星期后月经一来，淋巴肿大加发烧，于是又开始看医生(infectious disease)。两个月
后自己康复，医生一直也没有结论。期间医生也怀疑过lymphoma，还照了CT，结果医生
看了觉得lymphoma可能不大，没建议biopsy。不过当时发烧归发烧，没有极端疲惫的感
觉。
这次这个血液与癌症医生一开始以为是lupus，因为她姐姐有，而且二月份一次血检ANA
positive。但是几天前专门查lupus又是negative。
你说的autoimmune disease除了lupus还有哪些可能？看autoimmune disease的医生英
文叫什么？因为一开始医生怀疑是lupus，我就在血液检查结果出来之前就约了一个
rheumatologist，现在否定了这个可能，不知道还有没有必要去看。

Just did a brief reading of WIKI page, I feel it could be related. The very
apparent symptom of her illness is the swollen of lymph nodes matching the
pattern of menstrual cycle, only this time there's a fever. I don't know
much, but menstrual cycle is related with hormone, right? Thanks for the
suggestion, I will definitely look for an Endocrinologist right now.
What test result do you want to see? I don't mind at all, but there are
quite a few these days.
On the first day of sickness (in family doctor's office):
WBC 2.94 LO 3.40-11.80 x10(3)/uL
LYMPHS 49.3 HI 12.0-48.0 %
CRP 1.1 HI <0.5 mg/dL
One week later (still having fever, did it in ER):
WBC 3.9 LO
LYMPHOCYTE 39%
Also did a specific lupus screen but turns out negative. I don't have the
result, just heard from the doctor.

发帖数: 1182 | 7 Chest CT can give more info. like lung infections, lymphoma,etc. For this
case, I guess it would not be lymphoma because tumor cannot come and go
without treatment.
BTW, CT result could be released in a couple hours because many hospitals
work with teleradiology companies which are 24/7 service. If you called the
nurse in the clinic yesterday, you might already get the result. |
