发帖数: 88 | 1 妈妈今年66岁，6年半前查出乳腺癌2期，2个淋巴结转移。经过手术左乳切除，化疗后
。一直服用抗癌药瑞宁得。于去年5月停药。今年6月做CT扫描发现左右肺部各有一个新
增的
不大于5毫米的结节，医生怀疑是转移，但也无法确诊。建议吃新的内分泌类抗癌药。但
是说这种药一吃上，就不可以停。要吃终身或者10多年。不知道这边朋友，有什么好的
建议，或者好的药推荐！

发帖数: 496 | 2 Does she have any bloodwork done to show elevated tumar markers? 5mm is very
tiny. If nothing shows on PET scan or no tumor marker elevations, I would
follow it before starting chemo again if I were the patient. Also, why VATS
are not available even if they were lung mets? Early stage breast cancer
and early lung mets are very likely to be curable. I would not jump to "
chemo for life" unless more advanced disease state is confirmed.

发帖数: 88 | 4 妈妈的血液检查有一个问题。她的血液检查永远看不出来有癌症的表现。甚至于她在确
诊是癌症，而且病理切片都做出来以后。她的血液检查永远是正常。所以基于她的这个
特殊情况，不知道还有没有什么别的好的办法可以早期确诊是不是肺癌转移？还有，妈
妈一直属于免疫力低下，不知道有没有好的药推荐？可以提高她的免疫力？ |
