house myself and I can pretty much estimate how much it costs to repair. But
I am not a certified home inspector, so I can't write home inspection
result for you. Neither can you use my opinion to bargain for the price. You
better to find a professional inspector asap. Usually the contingency has

built? The builder is Pulte. If we hire one inspector, how do I know the
builder make correction while building the house, since we can not keep an

city inspectors. But the quality is a gray area. For example, lose screws
that can cause sub-floor noise, broken house outside wrapping paper that
waste your energy, etc. You have to physically be there every week to check
the quality. Take pictures of plumbings and electric wire before the drywall
