period. Lease is usually one year, of course you can try to negotiate.In the
summer time, a community with a very good reputation is usually pretty full
. So hurry up to get one. A community of lower rating is also fine as long
as it's safe (like Bay City or Midland).
A more practical solution is to check out craigslist.org to share a room
with another person. Some people are looking for roommates.Weakness is that
you cannot get online ratings for this since many of these could be a house
owner seeking roommates. In contrast, ratings are available online (such as
apartmentratings.com) for some of the larger apartment communities.
Saginaw is not as safe as Bay City or Midland.

现在已经到Saginaw了，通过朋友找了一个地方暂住两个星期，这两个星期再慢慢找吧
，至少可以开
车去看房了，还是放心很多。
