mages and videos of an explicit nature on his computer.
Thomas David Osborn Jr., 50, of 1123 141st St., is charged with sexual explo
itation of a minor. The charge is a Class D felony under Iowa law that carri
es a prison sentence of up to five years.
According to the arrest affidavit filed by Davenport Police detective Rick J
ohnson on March 5, Osborn was logged into an Internet file-sharing program t
hrough which he was able to receive, possess and redistribute child pornogra
phy images and videos.Johnson, who is a member of the Davenport Police Depar
tment's computer crimes squad, said in the affidavit that he was able to dow
nload from Osborn's computer 14 images and three videos depicting child porn
ography.
Osborn told Johnson he thought he had deleted all of the pornography, accord
ing to the arrest affidavit.
Osborn was arrested Friday by Scott County sheriff's deputies and booked int
o the Scott County Jail at 11:57 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000. Osborn was
released from the jail at 3:28 p.m. Friday after posting bond. | s**********d

不share也可以定罪。拥有child porn就是罪。
