据《印度时报》2月15日报道，这名中国女性不久前被抓，此前一直被关押在北方
邦一所监狱内。其律师日前向当地司法部门提交申请，表示她需要去做医疗检查；由于
在被关押的地区监狱内找不到女性医生，她需要去另一家医院检查。
报道介绍称，与这名女性一同被抓的还有另外两名中国公民，三人都是中国某科技
公司的员工。印度警方于1月17日因发现他们在印度与尼泊尔边境“可能从事间谍活动
”将其逮捕。警方称当时三人并无有效签证和护照。
印度情报机构对于李的怀孕感到震惊。并声称把所有三个中国公民送到区监狱之前
，他们都接受了身体检查，李并没有表现出任何怀孕的症状。
印度媒体在今年1月份曾报道称三名中国公民因涉嫌“从事间谍活动与洗钱”，被
印度北方邦警方逮捕。中国外交部曾对此表示“有关报道不实”，并表示中国驻印度使
馆正在向印警方进一步了解情况，要求印方妥善处理。
'Chinese spy' in India UP jail says she is pregnant, raped by Indian Jailers?

Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, India: The Chinese woman Li Jui Dang, who was
arrested and lodged in a UP district jail for allegedly being a spy, may be
pregnant, said her counsel in court on Tuesday.
Her counsel has moved an application in the court of Chief Judicial
Magistrate (CJM) Bahraich Satya Prakash Divedi for her medical check.
In his application, the the counsel said as there is no lady doctor in the
district jail, Li should be admitted to district mahila hospital.
She is among two other Chinesse nationals Lui Yang and Chen Rang who were
apprehended on Rupaidiha check post located on Indo-Nepal border while
entering the Indian terrirory on January 17 by Shashtra Seema Bal(SSB)
without valid visa and passport.
It was reported that Li had told the intelligence agencies during her
interrogation that all the Chinese, who were arrested were friends, and
worked in Nepal on a project in a Chinese company, Huwaei Technologies.
The intelligence agencies were surprised to know about Li's pregnancy.
The intellignece agencies have claimed that before sending all the three
Chinese nationals to the district jail they were made to undergo a medical
check-up and Li did not show any symptoms of pregnancy.
The fact that she became pregnant in jail is blatant evidence of the Indian
legal system's corruption. There is no question she was raped. In a foreign
prison, with no access to anyone, she has no power, and those who are her
jailers have power over her in every aspect of her life. Under those
circumstances, this cannot be a "mutual consent" event. We don't know if her
arrest was due to racism, but it is obvious the poor Chinese girl was raped.
It's sad to see how this Chinese woman has been taken advantage of by the
Indian men who clearly raped her in prison. Fair-skinned foreign females are
the prime targets for sex assaults in India. The Indian intelligence
agencies may kill her or stop her pregnancy to get rid of the evidence of
rape.
