Dear Chancellor,
This is XXXX, a Chinese scholar in US. I am sorry to bother you at this
moment. I am writing here to discuss a discriminative case happening in
Clifford P. Kubiak’ research group at the department of Chemistry and
Biochemistry of UCSD. Please see the attachment for the proof of this
discriminative case. The proof demonstrates the Kubiak research group’s
rules. Rule 3 says “Don't believe anything the Chinaman says. (Demoted
from rules 1 & 2)”. I am shocked and offended by the use of the word “
Chinaman”. As a professor, Dr. Kubiak should know how offensive and
discriminative the word “Chinaman” is to the Chinese community in US.
It is obvious that the offender cannot be unaware
of the extreme derogatory nature of his choice of
'Chinaman/Chinamen" in addressing the Chinese, and
given his rank, he is inciting others to follow his
racist examples. The University should show its true
sincerity in stamping out racism against minorities
by taking immediate, concrete action to punish such
abhorrent racism, especially when being perpetrated
by a member of its faculty of age and rank. Penalty
should not be symbolic, but sufficiently severe as to
ensure that such behavior will not recur or be imitated
by others as the offender sought to incite, encourage
and misguide the impressionable students with."
"The very fact that the offender is of high rank and
prestige calls for a correspondingly stronger measure
of penalty and deterrence, commensurate with the much
higher responsibility, ethics and morality that such
high position and title demand, or else the influence
would be extremely harmful. The University cannot be
unaware of the basic principle that with higher power
comes with higher responsibility and higher standards."
"Please keep us updated promptly and continuously as
to what investigations and measures the University will
immediately make and undertake to ensure that victims
are compensated and that the perpetrator is sufficiently
punished and deterred to ensure that no such or similar
incidents will take place in the future."
"We also request subsequent consultative meetings with
the University administration to jointly formulate long-
term policies, rules, regulations and solutions to ensure
that such regrettable, blatant racism will never, ever
again be able to raise its ugly head to further taint the
reputation of the University."
We therefore await your prompt, concrete action and early
response on this very serious matter.

们会认真对待的，而且他们的权力UCSD也不太可能直接忽视。

其实我早已说了，
天下文章大家抄嘛。
无需原创，但求效益。
另外，如果要提高声势，
写信的开始可以用：
"I and my friends或classmates或colleagues或others etc."
之后就不再用“I”而改用“We”。
这样做的目的，就是使对手明白你不单只是一个人，而是群体。

我不会写的,因为怎么写都会被挑刺,我说的是,他一个人能代表全体华人吗?何况文字本
来就不LEGAL的,为什么不合起来找个专业的诉讼文书写者呢
另外那个 模板 两字听起来就是大家都要按照这样一样,这不以一代全嘛.我强调的是这个

Dear Chancellor,
My name is XXXXXX and I graduated from UCSD Summa Cum Laude in 2005
and since have been a proud life-time member of the UCSD Alumni
Association. I am writing to you about a racially discriminatory
comments posted by Professor Clifford Kubiak in the Chemistry
department.
In Professor Kubiak’s webpage, he listed “Don’t believe anything the
Chinaman says” as one of six of his laboratory rules. The usage of
“Chinaman” is inappropriate and racially insensitive to say the least.
As an Asian American, I was appalled by such public and racially
charged comment from a UCSD faculty member. I hope you will fully
investigate this issue and do your best effort to prevent future
racial discrimination on UCSD campus.
I hope for a quick and satisfactory resolution to this issue so I can
justify my continued financial contribution to the UCSD alumni fund
this year.

干过这种事，我看到的只有更甚。别人说你不好肯定有自己的原因，但是不要总让人拿
这个作为借口来欺负你，黑人总拿种族歧视说事怎么了？不公平就得自己去挣，我就觉
得他们很团结值得我们学习。
