UK prime minister says there are "sick" parts of society that "think the
world owes them something"; Man arrested for allegedly killing 3 in
Birmingham; violence spreads to Manchester, Liverpool.
UK Prime Minister David Cameron on Wednesday said that he will use whatever
methods are necessary to quell riots plaguing England for three days, saying
, Nothing is off the table."
One of the methods Cameron authorized police to use against unruly crowds of
rioters is water cannons, something that has never been used in Britain.
