I have a question on the impact of filing NIW-140 on TN visa. According to
the following article (click the link below) by Zhang & Associate, P.C., it
seems to me that filing 140 will reject any admission, initial issuance or
renewal of TN visa.

admission, initial issuance or renewal of TN visa
