别说挂牌不让拍，美国不许照相公共场所多了，我在明尼阿波利斯拍政府大楼就被骚扰过
mall里面，地铁站里面，美国摄影家在大街上被警察骚扰案子层出不穷

你进到篱笆里面不许拍照，那当然是他们说了算。篱笆外面是高速公里，随便你妈你怎
么拍，谁他妈有空理你。我以前经常开车从那里经过，也拍过几张，也没被警察开枪打
。DC那些大楼你在大街上随便你怎么拍，从来没见有警察来说话。

The Pentagon is a huge building that can be seen from many locations. Now it
's true that there are signs everywhere in the parking lots stating that pho
tography is illegal on the Pentagon Reservation (no argument there), but whe
n you're in a public street and off federal grounds, that of course raises t
he harassment issue. since I'm pretty sure that it's not illegal (or at leas
t outside the jurisdiction of the Pentagon Police to enforce a photo ban) to
take pictures of the outside of the Pentagon from a distance.

photo of the Pentagon (actually, I think it was the same week as 9/11/07 to
o but not the exact day) and got yelled at by one of the gas station employe
es. I complied because I was in their parking lot so it was technically priv
ate property. But I wasn't shooting their property, just standing in it. So
frustrating.
