In the midst of Government shutdown, Jimmy Kimmel invited four young kids(6
yo) to his pre-recorded 10/16 night comedy skit to help solve problems.
Kimmel led with the question, "we owe the Chinese a lot of money, 1.3
trillion dollars", what to do? One little kid immediately launched into a
solution, which involved killing everyone in China. The audience (or
audience track) laughed at this and Jimmy Kimmel also laughed and commented
"that's an interesting idea". Later on, he seemed to lead back to the same
idea with "So should we allow the Chinese to live?" The kids kept
laughing and said "yes" and "no".
This skit was widely distributed in China and triggered widespread outrage
for several reasons:
1. Kids talked about extreme violence in a flippant manner, apparently
encouraged by adults who laughed with them.
2. Disney/ABC had a choice to edit out this skit, yet chose to keep it in, "
for entertainment purposes". As one of the world's greatest children's
companies, Disney demonstrated no sensitivity to violence and hate speech,
and no respect for human life and dignity.
3. Jimmy Kimmel practiced race-baiting and racial scape-goating by singling
out the Chinese debt for special attention. In fact, Chinese debt is a
small portion of the US government debt(1/7), and negligible portion of the
entire US government obligations (<1/20). Jimmy Kimmel catered to audience
's taste and manipulated very young kids for crude entertainment.
Demonstrations are held or organized in all major cities around the US
against Disney's decision to air this message of race-baiting and racist
violence for entertainment purposes.

No name calling and no subjective statement. Please help modify it to a
higher standard of formality and wiki-worthiness.
