Mazda, Mitsbubishi, Red lobster, Comcast, （a list of major advertisers on
ABC is provided below), 找到customer service，让他们务必交给 store manager,
并说我们期待他们的答复。
（3）或者贴上邮票，寄出 －－ Charles Schwab, Chase Rewards Card, AAA, Aloha
airlines etc。
一般这种服务性行业都忒别注重customer relations，尤其购物热季要来了，失去
American Chinese 这么大一个顾客群应该不是那么愉快的事。再说我们有理，施压ABC
/开除Jimmy, 他们又没有实质
损失，应该会做。I know the local managers of a store is particularly

against anti-Chinese hate speech
To Whom It May Concern:
We are US residents originally from China. We are hard workers, parents and
friends, contributing to this country like all other groups. Today we are
writing to you to express our outrages, worries and disappointment brought
by the recent Kids Table Show segment in Jimmy Kimmel Live, broadcasted by
the American Broadcasting Company (ABC). In the show, one kid, when being
asked how to pay Chinese back US debts, answered “kill everyone in China”.
Instead of immediately correcting the kid, the host Jimmy Kimmel laughed
and commented approvingly "Okay. This is an interesting idea!" and shortly
afterwards even offered "Should we allow the Chinese to live?" And the show
ended in laughter.
We request ABC to fire Jimmy Kimmel and issue a formal apology to ALL of its
viewers, because this show promoted hatred, racism and violence, and
particularly, delivered toxic messages to our next generation. It is not a
joke. Joking with genocide in a public show is unacceptable; joking with
genocide of a particular race in a public show is zero-tolerable. It passed
the bottom line in a civilized society. Similar “joke” on Jews was laughed
off in 1930s in Germany, and we all know what happened later.
We are outraged because Jimmy Kimmel exercised race-baiting, and used
innocent kids to spread totally distasteful ideas. This show, particularly
using Chinese as the target, insulted and threatened all Chinese. Even more,
it delivered to little kids totally troubled values and messages about
solving ones own problems by killing others, about racial prejudice and
hatred, and about violence and killing against humanity. Sad enough, these
toxic messages are quietly seeping into our kids, thanks to public shows
like Jimmy Kimmel Alive. Haven’t we already seen too many school violence
and shootings? If such hatred-promoting and killing-inciting public shows
are not put into an immediate stop, we are afraid that another Sandy Hook
school tragedy will be around the corner.
We are even more outraged when, in expressing our deep distress and concerns
, ABC and Walt Disney played the card of indifference by ignoring us and
shrugging off the severity of the issue in a light-hearted entertaining
fashion.
This is totally unacceptable. We American Chinese are now launching a nation
-wide campaign to take our calculated anger into effective action. As you
may have heard, we have initiated a Whitehouse petition to protest against
Jimmy Kimmel’s show https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/investigate-
jimmy-kimmel-kids-table-government-shutdown-show-abc-network/tLxzbBjg) have
already collected more than 82,000 signatures twelve days into its creation.
Starting last week, we have launched (and will continue to launch) marches
and protests in major cities in the States, including New York City, San
Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Denver, St.
Paul, San Jose, Boston, Chicago, Orlando, Miami, Boston, Maryland and Twin
City. Our protesting activities have received coverage from New York Posts,
Time, International Business Times, Dallas News, Hollywood Reporter, News
Busters, South China Morning Posts (SCMP) and more.
Additionally, we are now launching a campaign to boycott ABC and Walt Disney
. We will continue our effort until and unless they (1) issue a formal
apology to all the people for allowing and not condemning anti-Chinese hate
speech and for inciting killing among youngsters in their public shows; (2)
cancel Jimmy Kimmel Live show and terminate his employment; (3) develop an
effective procedure to discipline their hosts who harbor a racial bias and
to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are also looking into legal
mechanisms and seeking class action.
We learnt that your company, ？？？？？Sears？？？？？？, is a major
advertiser on ABC. We hereby solemnly request your support. We hope that you
will pass our request to the higher administrations of your company, and
have them denounce ABC and Disney for tolerating hate speech and for
incitement to violence and killing. We hope your company will press ABC and
Disney to take immediate and substantive actions to minimize the damage. We
look forward to your response. We sincerely hope that your company will not
play the card of indifference. If that should be the case, you are
indirectly harboring and supporting hate speech and violence; and we are
afraid that we American Chinese have no choice but boycott your company also.
Today we are requesting help from you not only for ourselves, but also for
all the racial groups and for all the children in the States. By this letter

go about with the assurance that there will be no need to face hostility,

We feel the right for Chinese to live is not something that Mr. Kimmel can

We are outraged that Mr. Kimmel and ABC spread in their programs these
distasteful jokes that meant to target a particular ethnic group. We also
dislike the irresponsible programming on the ABC network that exposed young
children to troubled values that involve racial prejudice, hatred, and
violence. Haven’t we already seen enough school shootings?
This is totally unacceptable. We American Chinese are now launching a nation

toxic messages are quietly seeping into our kids, thanks to public shows
like Jimmy Kimmel Alive. Haven’t we already seen too many school violence
and shootings? If such hatred-promoting and killing-inciting public shows
are not put into an immediate stop, we are afraid that another Sandy Hook
school tragedy will be around the corner.
We are even more outraged when, in expressing our deep distress and concerns
, ABC and Walt Disney played the card of indifference by ignoring us and
shrugging off the severity of the issue in a light-hearted entertaining
fashion.
This is totally unacceptable. We American Chinese are now launching a nation
-wide campaign to take our calculated anger into effective action. As you
may have heard, we have initiated a Whitehouse petition to protest against
Jimmy Kimmel’s show https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/investigate-
jimmy-kimmel-kids-table-government-shutdown-show-abc-network/tLxzbBjg) have
already collected more than 82,000 signatures twelve days into its creation.
Starting last week, we have launched (and will continue to launch) marches
and protests in major cities in the States, including New York City, San
Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, Denver, St.
Paul, San Jose, Boston, Chicago, Orlando, Miami, Boston, Maryland and Twin
City. Our protesting activities have received coverage from New York Posts,
Time, International Business Times, Dallas News, Hollywood Reporter, News
Busters, South China Morning Posts (SCMP) and more.
Additionally, we are now launching a campaign to boycott ABC and Walt Disney
. We will continue our effort until and unless they (1) issue a formal
apology to all the people for allowing and not condemning anti-Chinese hate
speech and for inciting killing among youngsters in their public shows; (2)
cancel Jimmy Kimmel Live show and terminate his employment; (3) develop an
effective procedure to discipline their hosts who harbor a racial bias and
to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are also looking into legal
mechanisms and seeking class action.
We learnt that your company, ？？？？？Sears？？？？？？, is a major
advertiser on ABC. We hereby solemnly request your support. We hope that you
will pass our request to the higher administrations of your company, and
have them denounce ABC and Disney for tolerating hate speech and for
incitement to violence and killing. We hope your company will press ABC and
Disney to take immediate and substantive actions to minimize the damage. We
look forward to your response. We sincerely hope that your company will not
play the card of indifference. If that should be the case, you are
indirectly harboring and supporting hate speech and violence; and we are
afraid that we American Chinese have no choice but boycott your company also.

that proposed to fix American debt problem by killing everyone in China and
ended with a question "Should we allow the Chinese to live?"
We feel the right for Chinese to live is not something that Mr. Kimmel can
allow and the solution of American national debt is not by killing our
creditors. We request ABC to fire Mr. Kimmel and issue a formal public
apology.
We are outraged that Mr. Kimmel and ABC spread in their programs these
distasteful jokes that meant to target a particular ethnic group. We also
dislike the irresponsible programming on the ABC network that exposed young
children to troubled values that involve racial prejudice, hatred, and
violence. Haven’t we already seen enough school shootings?
This is totally unacceptable. We American Chinese are now launching a nation
