每条最高收费100英镑”。
杰金森夫妇说，他们驾车途中临时决定在布莱克普尔停一晚，因夫人没有戴老花镜，没
有看到文件上的小字。
他们的双人间一晚只收费36英镑。
杰金森夫妇表示，他们将拒付这笔“罚款”。
布莱克普尔地方政府负责交易标准的官员表示，旅客应该能够自由的和诚实的对他们得
到的服务做出评价。 |

You can dispute the charge to your credit card, but you can't
stop the business owner from billing you directly. If you
refuse to pay then he can transfer the bill to a collection agency
and totally ruin your credit records. Of course, you have the
right to sue him. You may win in a court of law, while you
may not win. Regardless you will have to pay for the lawyer
fees, and make yourself available for the legal process.
