金额)。
问：是不是所有人都要买保险？
答：按照奥巴马医疗保险政策，大多数的人都会需要购买或申请医疗保险。但在8种情
况下，个人可豁免，不需要有医疗保险。
问：那在哪8种情况下可以豁免没有保险而不被罚款？
答：1. 获取医疗保险会违背宗教信仰者 2. 美国联邦政府认可的印第安人部落。 3.

发帖数: 847 | 2 多谢大家的建议,我认为还是不要因为百来块美金惹来大麻烦。Irs 和 state 的
agencies 都有接触过, 也听过很多horror stories都是真人真事, 咱们华人在美国不
管是什么身份..公民绿卡,都还是外人。二等公民,政府惹不起,躲不起。有时只有从了,
谁要咱要赖在人家这呢。 甚至都有很多土生土长的老白认为irs 是
unconstitutional . 本来个人所得工资不属于revenue (公司盈利)
以前只有商人公司需要赋税, 对劳工的工资(劳动所得)是不需要缴税的。 后来great
depression 大萧条后, 有几大控制美国的elite group 大财团改变了游戏 规则,当时
洛克飞勒就是其中一位。现在普通百姓人人都得交所得税。
但是还是有很多有种的白人敢跟irs斗。说这些制度和机构违宪。违背了founding
father 建国先贤们的制国纲领。拒付个人所得税。irs 不是为美国人民谋福祉为
公众 服务的机构。它们和federal reserve 按理说都是凌驾于法律之上的富人的游戏

立国之本,宪法本
保护美国人不被乱增税和限制政府的权利。因为建国先贤和美国人民都是痛恨和排斥剥
削不公平奴役人民的政府的。
结果先贤们仙逝后,他们万万都没想到他们用心血生命换来的立国之本的根基也早已被
挖空和篡改。一小撮corrupt的歼商资本家和他们的傀儡政治家把美国挖得就剩下空壳
。这个卖给我们的american dream , freedom liberty, democracy 都是海市蜃楼,蛊
惑人心的迷天大幌。

16th Amendment. It is the government agency responsible for the collection
of all income tax. Prior to the 16th Amendment, a tax on income was
explicitly illegal as set forth in the Constitution. There was a brief time
during the Civil War that the government imposed an income tax on the people
, but it was later shut down in court as being unconstitutional. In the
early days of the IRS, the new income tax was intended to only affect a
small percentage of the population, primarily very wealthy individuals who
made their money investing or in financial transactions. "Income" up until
this point was defined that way.
The IRS and the Income Tax were never supposed to tax money earned from your
labor. It was sold to the people as a tax that would only target what we
would consider capital gains today, and then only the capital gains of the
very rich. Since its inception, the income tax has gone from a tax of about
3% on the financial gains of the very wealthiest peoples, to now a top
bracket of 35% that ensnares much of the population. And that is just the
federal tax. States also tax income, and tax us they do.
The IRS codes and rules are so complicated that abuses run wild. I ask you
is it right to have to hire a team of professionals just to figure out your
taxes? Is it right for the IRS to be able to turn your life upside down with
an audit because they want to make sure you really have that home office
you wrote off? The IRS is intentionally complicated and on their own record
state that they use fear and intimidation in order to make people comply. In
the least, the IRS can be used to turn honest people into cheats, at worst,
people go to jail at the point of a financial gun. Much more can be said
about the IRS, but what says it all is a poll taken of Americans who were
asked which is the most feared agency in the government. The overwhelming

Woodrow Wilson was elected President in 1913, beating incumbent William
Howard Taft, who had vowed to veto legislation establishing a central bank.
One year earlier, in 1912, Wilson was brought to Democratic Party
headquarters by Bernard Baruch, a conspiring banker mogul. Here Wilson
agreed to a deal with the devils in exchange for political and financial
support from the Rockefeller-Morgan bankers. Wilson swore in secret that if
elected President, he would support the banker's Federal Reserve scam and
push for the first ever progressive income tax on the American people.
To divide the Republican vote and elect this relatively unknown Wilson, J.P.
Morgan and Rockefeller bankers played both sides of the election battle and
poured money into the candidacy of Teddy Roosevelt and his Progressive
Party to pave the way for Wilson's ticket to win. These sophisticated
political maneuverings were unknown to our great grandparents, but today we
are beginning to wake up to the truth.
Once elected, President Wilson obeyed his dark masters and enacted
unprecedented changes to our great Constitution. In that single year of 1913
, President Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act and the Revenue Act of
1913, chaining all future Americans to the dual horrors of the FED and the
IRS. In order to make these acts binding and appear legitimate to Americans,
President Wilson pushed through congress two Constitutional Amendments: the
16th and 17th Amendments. These two amendments remain in our Constitution
like a malignant cancer destroying the once healthy body of our great nation
. The year 1913 stands as the year that America changed forever and the
seminal year in Federal Reserve history. It is time to repeal these
amendments, and right the wrongs that Wilson did to our great nation.
President Wilson knew what he did was wrong. After serving the dark forces,
he would later lament in his diary, "I have unwittingly ruined my country."
Wilson also broke his campaign promises and took America into WW1, and later
the failed League of Nations. Wilson shows us a revelation that Americans
must guard against elected officials who guide us into unrighteous wars and
desire to establish entangling international systems of rules, organizations
and government.
