美国城市空心化已经是有病一重变态
这个tianzi还去以舔美为时髦，是二重变态
城市出现是人性的结果
人类是社交性动物
城市是人类生活必然结果
欧洲，亚洲从来没有出现反城市思潮
只有美国出现了
搞出个所谓甜甜圈结构，中心烂掉
为什么呢
因为美国以前工厂都开在城里面，城市主要功能是生产和居住，城市污染日益严重
因为美国黑人暴动，白人和黑人黄人不共戴天，不愿和有色人种生活在一片蓝天之下，
逃离城市
因为美国只为富人服务，不掺沙子，坏区越来越坏，以至癌变
就这样美国中心城市成为一个巨大烂疮溃疡
tianzi不以为丑，反以为美
人是社交动物，就是喜欢聚集在一起
城市出现是人类发展必然结果
就是美国白人装模作样逃离城市，也没敢逃远

可喜的是美国在城市空心化后
城市功能起了变化
第三产业发展
城市从以前工厂，居住
变成现在餐饮，娱乐，居住
美国人口在逐步回归城市
城市人口一直在稳步回升
特别是年轻人大量返回城里
城市周边现在已经住满人
再想逃离城市就要住到开车1-2小时地方
白痴愿意这么通勤
每天都耗在路上
远离一切方便，娱乐，购物，社交
周末当labor 园艺工修房工
许多人悔悟了
不能再往远处了
回归城里
美国郊区中产阶级生活是最无聊，最没人性的
