as to the reporting requirements, obviously the US Navy did not comply.
Now , as to the Chinese sending out a small boat and towing off one of these
drones, that is a significant operational error and the USN needs to
rethink the whole procedure including the type of recovery ship. I'd option
for a bottom hull pool design, as in the old James Bond movie; Thunderball.
Anyway this should lead to the sacking of the whole liner of personnel in-
charge of this debacle. | P**5
