NYS WCB, and TPA CCMSI Ms. Lisa White,
It's pretty much sham and shame process on almost every front of this
complicated case since the time of my injuries at workplace on January 16,
2018. My rights and life have never been respected. The July 24, 2020
hearing is another typical show of my opponents' sham and shame. My response
will go beyond the bubble of NYS WCB, to any avenue, person, agency, and
nation I think will HELP bring justice onto the perpetrators, including the
NYS WCB itself.
In this email, I request to move the next NYS WCB hearing date Oct. 02, 2020
, 9 am, AWAY from the week Sept. 27 - Oct. 03, 2020. Such hearing dates are
all set by the defense side in collusion with the intentionally-accented-to-
me WCLJ. I have personal reasons not to be DISTURBED by another such sham
and shame hearing during the week of Sept. 27 - Oct. 03, 2020. Any other
date, any date as early as possible, will be better for such a TELEPHONIC
DEPOSITION from the "treating" physician Dr. Benjamin Uh.

The ones who care about how the American, particularly the New York, system
runs, read my past posts and soon-to-come posts about this complicated
murder-attempts case. The NEW YORK government is part of the perpetrators. |
