and his wife Jill Biden to “develop and drive implementation of solutions
to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research
and care and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,” according to its
IRS mission statement. But it gave out no grants in its first two years, and
spent millions on the salaries of former Washington DC aides it hired.

This is how they brought attention to themselves! The low level DNC/Dem poll
workers got carried away with moving ballots around. when the upper level
poll officials realized the situation was spiraling out of control...it was

workers were made up in majority of that one type, the type is used to

投科研经费的是Biden设立的Cancer Moonshot project，做Cancer这行的很多人收益。
这个拜登癌症基金会设立本来就说好了不是科研经费，而是一个联络各方（政府，慈善
机构，科研院所，医院，数据科学等）的一个中间人，来促进合作，解决问题的。所以
钱基本上都是花在出差，会议上面了。

这不就成了用于利益输送的基金会了么？我也可以发起基金会 90%收入给我马仔发工
资 10%打抗击癌症广告 说基金会用于增加癌症awareness 然后满世界打广告要钱

Biden在巴马政府里面搞的moonshot task force确实2017年就结束了，转为Biden
Cancer Initiative. 但是Moonshot的projects还有无数，congress保证了7年
的funding。另外，这个Moonshot大概念上也不完全是congress的钱, 也拉了无数
药厂和其他组织的贡献。

这个基金说的很清楚，不直接给研究项目投钱，所有的donation都很清楚这一点，
不知道你这里胡搅蛮缠什么？！各种基金会有不同的目的。
再说，300万工资也能够利益输送？你不是堪称300M了吧？300万输送个屁，在美
国发点工资早就没了。都不用发工资，也就够Trump剃四十次头的，还不如Ivanka
的consultation fee.

拨款的项目是巴马的 和拜登没关系 拜登自己Cancer Initiative 自从成立没捐钱给癌
症研究 所有经费都是行政开支 给自己小弟发工资 这些都是基本事实 没啥好辩的
