卡52是俄制，现在是体系作战，如何融入放军的作战体系，包括通信，数据链共享，武
器装备通用，后勤保养维护
这些都是问题，况且国产两栖攻击舰陆续下水，都用卡52？要不要国产？国产了和卡52
同时列装，无端制造后勤问题
再有俄罗斯人对合同和制造速度也是慢死，回头折腾两年告诉你没法交货，像当初买伊

宜。而且买少了跟其他TG自制飞机有兼容问题，买多了全装备卡52不划算，那东西本来
又不算先进
