before high school.
The best school district is not Clayton.
Town and Country, Ladue are both better than Clayton in statistics.
The advantage of Clayton is your kids have more Asian pals in school than
other districts.
You can consider South-East Creve coeur (on Olive blvd, east of Linberg)
which belongs to Ladue school district.
Frankly, your kids is too young to think about shcool district, as far as
you do not live in a

clayton, ladue, and south-east creve ceour are good area.
you can also consider maplewood.

It is kind of hard to find apt of 两室两卫. And 两室两卫 often much more
expensive than 两室1卫. However, most 两室两卫 apts are very new and feel
more comfortable.
Most of house and apts are very old, compare to other cities.

My apt is around 900 per month now, 1000 square feet.
I once visited Bonhomme Village Apartments in creve coeur (ladue school
district).

They said it is a 10 years old apts. Looks very good outside, so so inside (
maybe they hadn't cleaned the one they showed to me). One bathroom. Will
give you one month rental free.
Location is good, but not for me.

This tax will be expempted for 1st year MO residents.
So do not change your car registration in Dec, wait to early next year, or
until your current car registration (in the other state) expire.
I know some ppl pay more car property tax then house property tax.

我觉得你还是应该在工作单位附近考虑，关于学区你可以回头换，或者如果准备在美常
待，以后买房也不错。
我们推荐意义其实不大。

little bit expensive...
Another choice is one in olive blvd, also in ladue school district, and lots
of chinese living there (zhong guo da yuan), the leasing is lower

But they have promotion now. And he got 2 and a half month free. That's a
decent deal.
