By ethnic background I am Taiwanese (not Chinese, but most folks in St.
Louis don't know the difference), so I have always had a fondness for Asian
food, Chinese in particular. Here in St. Louis the Chinese food quality
ranges from terrible to marginal to not bad. So I believe in going for
quantity over quality! And for some unknown reason Chinese buffets simply
abound here! Here is Hugh's list:
