Providian Financial has a similar program called "Buy Smart", it was
referenced earlier in this thread. Web site is mybuysmart.com but can only be
accessed once you are registered. The program has a wide variety of discounted
merchandise, but nothing that I saw seemed like that great of a deal. They
have discounted theme park tickets, movie tickets, restaurant and retail gift
