发帖数: 45 | 1 We bought five airline ticket certificates from EBay and paid through Paypal.
But the guy who sold the certificates never sent the certificates. We told
Paypal to stop the payment and return the money back. Paypal said that the
guy told them that he sent certificates to us therefore they could not return
our money. We asked for the delivery proof and Paypal said he did provide one
but was not able to show us. Isn't this funny?!
So we complained to lots of places such as BBB, FTC,etc. and sue |
