发帖数: 8 | 1 Just disputed with Experian for my LD's credit report, here is my
experience, hope it will help others with the same problem.
About one month ago, my LD tried to ask for credit line increase.
Several days later, the request was rejected by email for there are
delinquent accounts in her credit report. One week later, got the
mail with a case number, and an Experian telephone number that it
said we can call to get a free credit report.
I called the number, input LD's SSN and zip code, but the syst | d***y
发帖数: 183 | 2 Experian sucks! It messed up my report with someone eles's accounts as well.
After my disputing it, Experian went ahead removed all my record, ft! And that
's why I didn't get a citi driver's edge 5%. Lost hundreds of $. Similar
things have also happened to other Chinese fellows here, looks like Experian
are very good at screwing up Chinese names. I strongly suggest everyone here
keep an close eye on his/her own Experian report. Good luck.

发帖数: 8 | 3 Just checked the dispute status, although the due is on 9/21,
but now almost all the information about my LD is corrected.
There are only lots of unidentified soft inquiries, but we don't
need to worry about them, right?
So this time Experian did a good job. Suggest everyone with wrong
credit items should dispute ASAP. I think after 9/1 when people in
the east can get free report, they will have a lot of disputes.
