还有，我的saving账户被扣了$4,打电话去那个representive说小于300有$2的month
fee，他也说不清楚为么被扣了$4,还要需要调查。打电话时我发现我的saving账户里又
有个$4在processing，前后只差两天,赶紧跟他说了. 他说没看到也不明白我在说什么
。我赶紧让他把saving给关了，也不想再问的bill pay的事了。 |

填写payee的信息，谢谢。

"FREE CHECKING ******XXXX" of your account, then there is no monthly
service charge.

Then fill out the basic info (like zip code etc.) for the payment from
your Amex's account statement and let the BOTW search the payee info for
you.
