after I redeemed rewards points, I found chase deducted 3000 points from my
account due to their miscalculation in my last reward statement. So my next
statement is going to show me -2000 points as only were 1000 points left in
my account so far. Am I going to have to buy those points to make it non-
negative?

如果因此要你花钱买点数 可以看做强买强卖了 估计他们不敢

发帖数: 729 | 5 thanks a lot. Chase made a mess in my account last month. I was supposed to
earn 30 bucks from shop and earn but they double the transactions and
honored me 60. I didn't notice till after I redeemed my points.
