么个回复,"The bill payments need to be to three different merchants.
Therefore, the two payments to DTE only count as one
payment. I will send this to our Research Department to
see if we are able to honor the coupon. I will contact you
within the next three to four days after I have received a
response from them."

我上次的pay同一个merchant没问题。
